- My mind wonders when I try to understand the reading. This doesn’t happen to me when I read any other literary works like fiction books, but only SAT readings. Any advices?(45 votes)
- Yes, you lack focus. The solution to this is to do mindfulness practices, such as focusing on one's breath for a minimum of 5 minutes. Besides that, the reason you might be distracted is that you do not enjoy reading the text or doing the question at all. Lie to your brain that you enjoy doing this question, thus tricking it into releasing more dopamine which improves focus and rational thinking.(118 votes)
- Can anyone explain to me how the module 2 is adaptive? And how should we use that to our advantage.(8 votes)
- If I understand correctly, this is how it works: they give you a hard module for the first module. If you do poorly on that, then the second module will be easier, and you won't have the chance to get a perfect 1600 anymore. However, if you do well on the first module, then you will be given the harder second module and have the opportunity to get a perfect 1600.
So as far as how you should use it to your advantage, try your hardest in the first module to do realllly well so that you will at least have the opportunity to score a perfect 1600.
I'm pretty sure that's how it works. Hope this helps!(24 votes)
